Dr. Usoro is a seasoned attorney, a member of the State Bar of Texas, and an accomplished businessman, with an extensive legal career that has shaped his leadership in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

Holding a Juris Doctor with Summa Cum Laude honors from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Texas Southern University (TSU), Dr. Usoro’s legal expertise spans oil, gas, and debt recovery transactions, initially honed at Clifford Abel and Associates. He also clerked for Judge Lamar Mccorkle of Harris County’s 133rd Judicial District Court.
